Basic Info Bio A 53-year-old who was formerly a music teacher at Hyotei. Sakaki is the epitome of a gentleman, polite and elegant. He doesn't tolerate losses and knows how to motivate and push his apprentices to the top. It's well known that Sakaki always keeps the best for himself and plans the most favorable strategies (i.e. the distribution & delegation). His implicit trust in Atobe stems from knowing that Atobe is capable of leading the hotel to first place.
His most known gesture is rising his hand and pointing with two fingers saying "Itteyoshi" ("You may go") when he finishes the advising. He states that he was "just" a music teacher. However, many doubt the "just." Sakaki subscribes to the philosophy that losers do not deserve a second chance.
